Wellness is a critical component to the ongoing success of an organization – happy employees equal happy customers.

As a life coach and former human resources professional for many years, I found most wellness programs are focused on improving employees’ physical wellbeing, but they do not account for the mental and emotional side of wellness.

For example, having access to a gym and massage are helpful, but without a trusted resource to help address underlying stress, behaviors remain unchanged and stress continues to have a negative impact.

My programs are designed to help organizations address these gaps. I work with you to determine your company’s wellness goals and design a custom program to address your needs.

WELLNESS PROGRAMS:

The Work-Life Balance Project
Each month employees work through key concepts focused on creating and maintaining better balance in their lives. The program is designed to engage employees by giving them a roadmap to stay accountable and achieve their wellness goals in the core areas of – Self Care, Stress, Time Management, Personal Growth and Habits.

Lead with Wellbeing
Leaders are the gateway to a healthier, happier and more productive workforce. In this program, leaders learn how to identify signs of burnt out, address the most common causes of stress and lead by example.

Quinn – Thank you SO much for coming out and doing awesome trainings for us!! You really did a fabulous job. Employees thought the trainings were very “dynamic, engaging, useful, effective,” and a place where they felt comfortable sharing ideas. Great job!”
