In the Media

The Cleveland Sun Press ran a two part article in August, 1997, in a syndicated column, called, “Bounty Hunting”, by Julie Madsen. The headlines were, In searching for his mother, adoptee finds himself and, Mother, son finally embrace after 48 lonely years.

On June 20, 1999, the Cleveland Plain Dealer ran a story about me and my birth mom entitled, Man finds his birth mother after 52 years” by Judy Ernest; and again, on September 9, 1999, I was featured in an article headlined, “Adoptees’ search for birth parents is intense, fulfilling, disappointing,” by Joanne Draus Klein.

The story of my reunion was told in a chapter of the book, Inner Views,  Stories on the Strength of America, Julie Madsen, Ph.D, 2000, Quixote Publications, Berea, OH.
