I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Metaphysical Practitioner dedicated to helping women manifest the life that they truly desire. As a child, I knew the power of manifestation and could heal myself and manifest what I set my intentions on. But, during the very early stages of my life, between ages 4-6, I experienced a lot of trauma. I was sexually molested, physically and emotionally abused along with other traumatic experiences. As I grew older and adopted the ways of society, I fell out of touch with my natural gifts. I even started struggling with depression and had a really hard time with relationships, including a failed marriage. I never understood why I felt the way I did or how to pull myself out of the funk, so I could actually feel better.
I spent about 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and operations manager of two fitness facilities. I spent years creating transformation in women’s bodies, including my own until I realized something very powerful. I saw so many women, including myself struggle with repeated unhealthy patterns in life……low self-esteem, depression, unhealthy relationships, unfulfilled careers, overall unhappy with life and searching for something greater. No matter how great someone looked on the outside, they still struggled on the inside.
Going through some major life challenges and breaking down into a deep depression, I lost faith in God, prayer, and any and everything else that I was ever “taught”. This was a very scary place to be in, because when you no longer believe in anything, you have no reason to live. I had a conversation with a friend that actually said “You are actually at the perfect place in your life right now!” Well, that didn’t make any sense to me at that time and I asked if they really heard what I said. LOL!!! Well after a long conversation, that was the beginning of a massive change in my life!!! This was the beginning of my spiritual awakening!!!
Did you realize that your greatest challenge and breaking point in life is where you actually start to WAKE UP?
I started practicing meditation and looking deep into my belief system. I studied and received a degree in Metaphysical Science, became a Metaphysical Practitioner, Reiki Master and Chakra & Energy Healer. I also became certified as a Holistic Life and Health Coach and Law of Attraction Coach. My belief system and connection became more powerful and stronger than it’s ever been with a powerful energetic re-connection to my natural born spiritual gifts. In 2016, I started my own life coaching business, “Love and Lite, LLC” and started working with women on a much deeper, energetic and spiritual level……creating transformation from the inside out.
I now live the life that I know I was meant to live and found my purpose for being here. I am also a mom of 2 amazing boys and very active in the Tampa Bay community. I bring women together once a month to celebrate, encourage and support each other by hosting monthly “Ladies Night Out” activities, I am a member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., Operations Manager of a non-profit organization (BUBBA, Inc.) that mentors boys ages 8-18, and I am a Senior Associate in HR Business Services for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
I’m very passionate on digging deep into the belief system. Once we are aware of why we think the way we do, feel the way we feel and do the things we do, we have more appreciation for others as individuals. One of my favorite quotes is “The more you know yourself, the more patience you have for what you see in others.” – Erik Erikson. When an individual has a clear understanding of their own belief system and where it really stems from, they are no longer sitting in a place judgement of others.
