While struggling with depression, people tend to search all over the place for the answer. I struggled for nearly 40 years. I did not really try to get help. So, I do understand the resistance. Here is my question. Was it a bad system you tried out of desperation or did you not really commit? All I can say is that my system worked for me. I thought it was fun and exciting.
